2019 Dates Released For The ProgressPlus Customer Seminar
The 2019 dates for the popular ProgressPlus customer seminars have been released. These seminars help Berkeley Myles Solutions to take suggestions on software enhancements then review and implement faster.
Berkeley Myles Solutions customer seminars are a win-win for both the customers and the company. Customers get to offer their feedback which helps with the development and product roadmap solidifying the company’s stance as the best of breed manufacturing software.
Managing director Tony MacBride said: “Customers are at the centre of our company’s values and we recognise that our success is built on theirs.”
“At Berkeley Myles we aim to deliver a fast, effective technical support service to our clients.”
“Key elements of this service involve advising users on how to optimise the system for their individual needs and listening to feedback in order to develop our system and enhance the user experience.”
“We value customer input very highly and we have decided to demonstrate our commitment to our clients through a series of customer seminars which will be delivered in UK regions.”
“We are in the fortunate position of owning the software, this means we have complete control over the direction and modifications of the solution, which other companies cannot provide.”
“The sessions will provide an insight into how to fully utilise the key features of the system to gain that crucial advantage against your competitors and will also give the opportunity to interact with other businesses in the region.”
What attendees said:

It is fantastic to informally sit with other industry professionals and discuss how they use ProgressPlus while recommending ways that it may be enhanced. Berkeley Myles is constantly looking at how they can make the product better for its users.”

The seminars are free of charge and have been developed to give existing users the opportunity to view latest features of the system, make suggestions for future enhancements and to network with other businesses using the system within their region.
