The ideal candidate will have experience in an engineering / manufacturing environment preferably in a similar customer-facing role. Knowledge and understanding of business systems encompassing company-wide processes including manufacturing & accounting procedures would be beneficial. They will be a confident, self-motivated individual that can work on their own initiative, provide exceptional levels of customer service and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
We would anticipate you would carry out a variety of tasks such as:
- Software implementation at our customers’ premises and online from our offices.
- Developing process flow solutions to fit individual customer requirements.
- Providing helpdesk support for existing users via telephone, email and remote control.
