Glasgow based Berkeley Myles Solutions is looking to recruit a professional and efficient individual to join our support & implementation team.

The talented candidate will complement the existing Support Department ensuring our customers across UK and Ireland maximise their investment in ProgressPlus ERP Software.  You will have the opportunity to work at the coal face understanding the needs of both new & existing customers and helping them utilise ProgressPlus to the maximum within their organisations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment preferably in a similar role although consideration will also be given to recent graduates with a manufacturing degree. Knowledge and understanding of business systems encompassing company-wide processes including manufacturing & accounting procedures would be beneficial. You will be a confident, self-motivated individual that can work on your own initiative, provide exceptional levels of customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

As a Software Support Analyst within Berkeley Myles Solutions, we would anticipate you would carry out a variety of tasks such as:

  • Providing helpdesk support for existing users via telephone, email and remote control.
  • Developing process flow solutions to fit individual customer requirements.
  • Input & involvement in the product development plan.
