Due to a record-breaking number of sales in 2021 of ProgressPlus, we are looking to expand our Support & Implementation Department. Around May time we shared the great news that we had beaten all our previous sales targets and had our most successful sales month by far. Since then the upwards trend has continued with our best quarter ever and the ProgressPlus user base is continuing to grow exponentially with more and more manufacturers realising the benefits of ProgressPlus.

We predicted that the manufacturing sector could be set to explode, and it looks like we were right. Our customers are looking to the future and are choosing us over outdated and clunky legacy systems.
One of the reasons manufacturers choose us is for our outstanding and dedicated customer service team. Our clients are safe in the knowledge that our responsiveness to day-to-day queries from users is on a different level from other vendors.
On that note, with more clientele than ever before, and a commitment to leading customer service, we are looking to grow our team.
Join the support team
Our support team are key to helping customers get their software up and running while also supporting existing users of ProgressPlus.
We are planning to create new roles and are looking for team members who have experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment and are passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the end-to-end implementations of ProgressPlus for our new customers.
• Developing process flow solutions to fit individual customer requirements.
• Providing helpdesk support for existing users via telephone, email and remote control.
